Today you were given a resource sheet containing a Publicity photograph for Jantzen swimwear c1920s.
This can also be found at http://www.tepapa.govt.nz
You should have glued this in to your book (remember these are to be collected on Monday for checking) and then complete the following:
Read the resource sheet and list the KEY words (swimwear, Jantzen, publicity, campaigns, 1930s & 1940s, fashion, advertisement, suits, glamorous, 20th century, photographs, example)
Find a modern swimsuit advertisement from a magazine or website.
Glue this onto the next page of your book.
DRAW UP A TABLE like this and complete it about the two resources.

2 columns - head one Similarities and one Differences
You should write about 3 things that are similar in the advertisements and 3 things that are different about them.

In week 5 there will be an assessment for speeches - these will be on either an aspect of Advertising, or your famous NZer from Term 1.
